Online Return Policy
Any regular priced items that you were not in love with we will be happy to exchange or give in-store credit.*
- All returns must be received within 30 days of making the order
- All items must be unused and unwashed with tags still attached
- All sale items or items bought with a promo code are final sale and cannot be returned
- Final sale items: Earrings
How to Return
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, the order number, and the name of the item(s) you would like to return.
*Please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable*
Once the returned item(s) has been received and inspected you will receive a gift card via email.
*We suggest you keep retain your tracking information, as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
*Swim-wear with tampered or missing liners will be refused and no refunds will be issues.
**Items Smelling of perfume, marked with make-up, showing signs of wear’ or with traces of animal hair are not valid for return and no refund will be issued.
***Shoes that are unworn without markings, must be returned with the original shoe box intact and unaltered, the shoe box cannot be used as packaging. Any tape or labels placed on the shoe box will result in the package being refused and no refund will be issued.
Refused Packages All Refused Packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS
Undeliverable Packages All Undeliverable packages that are not reshipped (After the customer pays for reshipment) are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS
Delivered Packages All packages marked as delivered by Canada Post are at the liability of the customer. Customers must be present or make accommodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost packages once the item (in the tracking) has been marked as delivered.
